This pillow/bed adaptation is used by pregnant women when lying on their front/stomach. It can be used in the birthing process at home or in a maternity ward or when women are trying to lie on their front in comfort. The stomach and breast cut-outs relieve pressure and ease the strain on the back, neck, and spine.
